Ariadne (left) observes the fight between Theseus and the Minotaur. In her hand she holds a ball of wool. With this thread Theseus will find the way out of the labyrinth after the fight with the Minotaur. On the right side there are the boys and girls who should be sacrificed to the Minotaur.
